A 35% Georgia income tax credit to qualified investors on investments in registered qualified businesses, capped at $50,000 per investor per year, with a statewide annual cap of $5 million. The credit is claimed two years after the investment.

Qualified business must be headquartered in Georgia, have been in operation for not more than three years, have 20 or fewer employees, have raised no more than $500,000 in equity/debt, and have gross annual revenue of $500,000 or less. Certain sectors (retail, real estate, professional services) are excluded.
