A personal account keeps your answers and your unlocked programmes on every device you sign in from. The document list is a checklist of labels and dates — we do not hold your files, and there is nowhere here to upload one.
A business account adds the workspace: companies, projects, a shared document checklist, application tracking, deadline export and reports for your whole team.
Payment received. Your plan is active. If the programmes still look locked, give the confirmation from Stripe a few seconds and reload.
Pause for a few months — no charge while paused, and everything unlocks the moment you resume.
