Subsidised-rate loan (0.371%, 6 years incl. 2 pre-amortisation) for opening or upgrading commercial structures abroad. Ceiling is the lower of 35% of average revenue, EUR 500,000 (micro), EUR 2.5m (SMEs and start-ups/innovative SMEs) or EUR 3.5m (other companies); minimum EUR 10,000. Non-repayable share up to 10% (max EUR 100,000), rising to 20% (max EUR 200,000) for innovative start-ups and innovative SMEs or firms with a Southern Italy site on Africa, Central/South America or India projects.

Italian companies (micro, small and medium enterprises in particular) with an international vocation; applications are filed only through the SIMEST portal and filing does not guarantee approval (subject to completeness, eligibility checks, SIMEST appraisal, availability of funds and the Comitato Agevolazioni). Subsidised rate 0.371%. Innovative start-ups and innovative SMEs, young- or women-led firms and Southern firms can access the non-repayable share.
