Ceiling is the lower of 20% of revenue (20% of average revenue of the last two accounts above EUR 150,000) or EUR 500,000. Non-repayable share up to 10% (max EUR 100,000), or 20% (max EUR 200,000) for innovative start-ups/SMEs or Southern firms on Africa, Latin America or India projects. Dedicated terms for EXPO 2027 Belgrade from 15 September 2026.

Subsidised rate 0.371%. Innovative start-ups and innovative SMEs, young- or women-led firms and Southern firms can access the non-repayable share.
