Eligible project spend up to EUR 3 million, with the incentive covering up to 90% of project costs. Historically a mix of a zero-interest loan (repayable over 10 years) and a non-repayable grant, but the grant funds are exhausted: 'per le domande presentate dal 1° luglio 2026 le agevolazioni verranno quindi concesse nella sola forma del finanziamento agevolato' — from 1 July 2026 only the subsidised zero-interest loan is granted.
You must co-fund 10%.

- If the project passes the first screening, complete the second-phase evaluation documentation. — link
