Who can apply

- Locally registered entity required
Micro and small enterprises registered on Udyam, in manufacturing or services (retail trade is covered under specified conditions). New and existing enterprises are eligible. DPIIT recognition is not required - startups seeking a startup-specific guarantee should use CGSS instead.
How to apply
- Approach a CGTMSE Member Lending Institution (bank, NBFC, small finance bank or RRB) for a credit facility.
- Lender appraises and sanctions the facility without collateral or third-party guarantee.
- Lender lodges the guarantee application on the CGTMSE portal and pays the annual guarantee fee.
