DPIIT recognition is a prerequisite. Must be registered in Kerala as an LLP or Private Limited Company with an active KSUM Unique ID and DIPP registration, MCA status 'Active' or 'Active Compliant', working on an innovative product or technology (service-based startups excluded), with no pending dues to government agencies or KSUM. Director's CIBIL score preferably above 750.
