Composite loan (term loan plus working capital) between INR 10 lakh and INR 1 crore for setting up a greenfield enterprise, covering up to 85% of project cost. Margin money requirement is 15% of project cost, which may be met in convergence with eligible central or state schemes; the borrower must bring at least 10%.
You must co-fund 10%.

Borrower must be SC/ST and/or a woman entrepreneur above 18 years of age. The enterprise must be GREENFIELD - the borrower's first venture in manufacturing, services, trading or allied agricultural activities. For non-individual entities, at least 51% shareholding and controlling stake must be held by an SC/ST and/or woman entrepreneur. Borrower must not be in default to any bank or financial institution.
How to apply
- Register on the Stand-Up India portal (standupmitra.in) and select handholding support if needed.
- The application is routed to a scheduled commercial bank branch.
- Bank appraises the greenfield project and sanctions the composite loan.
- Repayment over up to 7 years with a moratorium of up to 18 months.
