Who can apply

Digital technology startups incorporated in Hong Kong, normally for not more than five years, with the majority of the team based in Hong Kong. Non-local founders may apply but must incorporate and operate in Hong Kong.

How to apply

  1. Submit the online application with business plan and financial projections during an open intake.
  2. Preliminary vetting.
  3. Pitch to the admission panel.
  4. If admitted, sign the incubation agreement and move into Cyberport (or take up the off-site option).
  5. Draw down financial assistance against milestones over 24 months.
