The NIAS invites applications for funding all year round, submitted electronically through ITCFAS.
Government covers a maximum of one-third of total approved project cost or HK$200 million, whichever is lower, on a 1 (Government) : 2 (enterprise) matching basis. Minimum total project cost HK$150 million, with the enterprise contributing at least HK$100 million; total funding per enterprise capped at HK$200 million.
