Who can apply

- Locally registered entity required
Non-listed enterprises registered in Hong Kong under the Business Registration Ordinance with substantive business operations in Hong Kong at the time of application. Manufacturing and non-manufacturing SMEs both qualify.
How to apply
- Confirm the target market falls under the Mainland Programme or an applicable free trade agreement economy.
- Prepare the project proposal covering branding, upgrading or domestic sales activities.
- Submit through the BUD Fund online system with quotations and financial documents.
- Vetting committee assessment.
- Funding agreement and reimbursement of the government share against actual expenditure.
