Who can apply

Open to Hong Kong residents and to companies incorporated in Hong Kong for not more than three years, with a digital technology idea at the concept or early prototype stage. Applicants may apply as individuals or teams and incorporate after selection.

How to apply

  1. Register and submit the application online during an open intake.
  2. Preliminary screening of the idea and team.
  3. Pitch to the assessment panel.
  4. If successful, incorporate a Hong Kong company (if not already) and sign the funding agreement.
  5. Deliver the six-month proof-of-concept project with milestone reporting.
