以國內學研機構之研究團隊為主要對象，鼓勵尚未成立公司的團隊參加；部分梯次亦開放成立未久之新創團隊。

How to apply

  1. 組成團隊（多為學研背景，含技術與商業角色）。
  2. 於徵件期間線上報名並提交創業構想書。
  3. 初審選出入選團隊，參加數月的創業培訓營。
  4. 期中與決選簡報。
  5. 優勝團隊獲頒創業獎金並輔導成立公司。
