- Contact the nearest ITAP network node (hosted by universities across Thailand).
- ITAP staff conduct a diagnostic visit to identify the technology problem.
- ITAP matches an expert and prepares the project proposal and budget.
- SME signs the agreement and pays its share.
- Expert delivers the project; ITAP monitors and reports.
