Who can apply

  1. Confirm the business activity is on the BOI list of promoted activities.
  2. Submit the application through the BOI e-Investment system.
  3. Attend the BOI project presentation interview.
  4. BOI approval and issuance of the promotion certificate (application for the certificate must follow within the prescribed period).
  5. Comply with conditions on capital, technology transfer and reporting to retain the incentives.
