Tech Hubs is authorised through the CHIPS and Science Act and is administered by EDA's Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Further rounds depend on appropriations; EDA publishes new stages on eda.gov.
Phase 2 implementation awards to designated Tech Hub consortia have run roughly $19m-$51m each. The FY2025 opportunity made about $220 million available. Strategy Development Grants are around $500,000.
