Companies apply to a licensed incubator at any time; the Authority separately issues periodic competitive calls to license new incubator franchises (a call for up to three new deep-tech venture incubators was issued in the 2025 cycle).
Portfolio companies in a licensed incubator receive Innovation Authority grants covering up to 85% of an approved budget, historically up to roughly ILS 3.5 million over two years for deep-tech ventures, with the incubator investing the balance.
You must co-fund 15%.
