The R&D Fund operates with periodic submission cut-offs published by the Authority (historically several per year) rather than fully continuous intake.
The flagship R&D grant: 20-50% of an approved R&D budget (with an extra 10 percentage points for companies in national development priority zones). There is no fixed cap; the budget is approved per project. Royalties of 3-5% of revenue are repayable up to the grant amount plus interest.
