Startups apply directly to the individual licensed labs, which run their own intake cycles; the Authority issues periodic calls to license new labs.
Startups admitted to a licensed corporate innovation lab receive Authority grants of up to 85% of an approved budget (historically up to roughly ILS 1 million) plus access to the corporate's infrastructure, data and expertise.
You must co-fund 15%.
