  1. Incubator/accelerator submits a programme proposal to Enterprise Singapore via the Business Grants Portal.
  2. Assessment of track record, mentor network and value-add to portfolio startups.
  3. Award and funding agreement; operator runs cohorts.
  4. Startups apply directly to the supported accelerator's cohort.
