Enhanced tax deductions/allowances of up to 400% on the first S$400,000 of qualifying expenditure per Year of Assessment across five activity categories (qualifying R&D in Singapore, IP registration, IP acquisition/licensing, approved training, and innovation projects with polytechnics/ITE). Eligible businesses may instead opt for a non-taxable cash payout of up to S$20,000 in lieu of deductions.
