Who can apply

Must receive unemployment benefit or initial social unemployment benefit and be at least 18; no debts to tax, Social Security or IEFP; project must create at least your own full-time job; keep the business and jobs for at least three years.

How to apply

  1. Submit the request and a financially viable business project at the IEFP employment service where you live
  2. IEFP gives its opinion and sends it to Social Security, which tells you its decision
  3. If credit is included, present the project and the PAECPE declaration to a participating bank
