Bank loans with mutual guarantee and interest subsidy: MICROINVEST for investment up to EUR 20,000 (credit up to EUR 20,000) and INVEST+ for investment EUR 20,000 to EUR 200,000 (credit up to EUR 100,000). Year 1 no capital or interest, year 2 no capital and part of interest, year 3 capital and part of interest, years 4-5 monthly instalments. Project may create at most 10 jobs.

Who can apply
- Stage: idea stage and pre-seed
- Locally registered entity required
Must be registered at an employment centre as unemployed (9 months or less involuntary, or over 9 months), a young first-job seeker aged 18-35 with at least secondary education, never employed, or a self-employed person earning below the minimum monthly wage; at least 18; the company must not yet exist when applying; total investment not above EUR 200,000.

- Choose one of the participating banks
- Present the project to that bank (only one bank at a time)
- The bank analyses the request and decides on the loan
