Co-investment through the Fondo de Fondos: up to 6 million pesos for seed capital and up to 20 million pesos for venture/growth capital. The Fondo de Fondos covers up to 50% of an investment round; private institutional funds must cover the remainder. Investment periods of 5-7 years with 10-12 year exit horizons.
You must co-fund 50%.
