예비창업자에게 최대 1억 원(평균 5천만 원 내외)의 사업화 자금과 창업교육, 전담 멘토링을 지원. 총사업비의 일정 비율(통상 30%)은 자기부담(현금 및 현물)이 요구된다.

공고일 기준 사업자등록(법인 포함)을 하지 않은 예비창업자. 동일 업종으로 폐업 후 재창업하는 경우 등 제한 요건이 있으며, 청년(만 39세 이하)과 중장년 트랙이 구분 운영되는 경우가 많다.
How to apply
- K-Startup 통합공고에서 주관기관과 특화분야를 확인한다.
- K-Startup 포털에 회원가입하고 온라인으로 사업계획서를 제출한다.
- 요건 검토 및 서면평가.
- 발표평가(대면 피칭).
- 선정 후 협약 체결 및 창업(법인 설립 또는 사업자등록)을 완료한다.
- 사업화 자금 집행 및 중간·최종 점검.

- 고용보험 가입이력 등 창업이력 확인 서류
- 특허·지식재산권 증빙 (if applicable)
