Cash grants, non-dilutive, same scale as the Regional Awards: '$100,000 USD grant for each first-place awardee', '$60,000 USD grant for each second-place awardee', '$30,000 USD grant for each third-place awardee'. Three fellows per edition. Fellowship support is provided in addition.

Deep tech only: the business must be based on a new technology, complex engineering process or scientific discovery, with idea-to-commercialization taking at least 2 years. Minimum TRL 4 (laboratory-validated prototype) and must not have been commercializing its final product for more than 5 years. Must not have raised a Series A. For-profit; applicant must be a woman in a main leadership position; university spin-offs are eligible; English at CEFR B2 or above; full-year fellowship commitment January to December of the award year.
