To qualify for credits a startup must have 'Received equity funding from institutional investor', have 'Been founded within the last four years', and 'Not previously received Anthropic startup credits'. The wider community programme (hackathons, Founder Days, meetups) is 'open to any early-stage founder or startup with or without VC backing'.

  3. Anthropic reviews and, if selected, applies API credits and raised rate limits to the organisation.
