PME au sens européen (moins de 250 salariés, bilan < 43 M€ ou CA < 50 M€), innovantes de moins de 5 ans, en phase d'amorçage, ayant bénéficié d'une aide à l'innovation adossée au régime RDI. Excluded: companies that have distributed profits, taken over another company's activity, or are in difficulty under EU law. Term 8 years with 3 years' capital grace.
How to apply
- Have previously received an innovation aid under the RDI State-aid framework.
- Apply to Bpifrance; loan granted without any security over company assets or the founder's personal estate. — link
- On disbursement a 5% retention (garantie) is deducted; file fees of 0.40% of the loan amount apply.
