Not reopening under the SDTC name. Cleantech funding was transferred to NRC IRAP, which began accepting new clean technology applications in fiscal 2025-26 under 'NRC IRAP support for clean technology' (https://nrc.canada.ca/en/support-technology-innovation/nrc-irap-support-clean-technology). Existing SDTC contribution agreements continue to be administered by NRC.
Historically the Startup stream gave up to about CAD 1 million and the Scale-up stream up to about CAD 5 million (typically up to 33-40% of project costs). No new SDTC agreements are being signed.
You must co-fund 60%.
