How to apply
- Browse open challenges on the ISC website.
- Register in BuyandSell / CanadaBuys and submit a Phase 1 proposal by the challenge deadline.
- If selected, deliver the Phase 1 feasibility study under contract.
- Compete for a Phase 2 prototype contract.
