ON Prime is a pre-accelerator that provides structured customer-discovery training with no cash grant. ON Accelerate cohorts have historically provided a cash allowance to participating teams alongside intensive commercialisation coaching. Availability and cash components vary by cohort.

- Form a team including a technical lead and a business lead.
- Apply during an open cohort call.
- Selection interview.
- Participate in the multi-week customer discovery and commercialisation programme.
- Pitch at the cohort showcase.
