Must either have 'annual turnover and operating expenditure under $10 million' OR 'have been trading for less than three years'; must 'be registered for GST' and 'hold an Australian Company Number (ACN) or Indigenous Corporation Number (ICN)'; must provide the matching cash contribution. 'International companies and Australian subsidiaries of international companies are not eligible.'

- Confirm eligibility (turnover/trading history, GST registration, ACN or ICN, ability to match funding). — link
