Canberra-based individuals or businesses with an innovative product or service. Applicants must be able to match the grant with their own funds.

- Attend an ACT Government pre-application briefing or speak to a business adviser.
- Submit the application with project plan and matched funding evidence during an open round.
- Panel assessment and pitch where required.
- Grant agreement and acquittal.
