Who can apply

Business must be headquartered in Minnesota, be a technology-based start-up, generally be less than 10 years old with under $1 million in annual revenue and fewer than 50 employees, and have raised limited outside capital. Greater Minnesota and under-represented founders receive priority in some categories.

- Submit the application before the round deadline
- If awarded, incur the eligible expenses and submit for reimbursement
