Place-based small business in a downtown or commercial district of a community designated Essentials or Certified Redevelopment Ready Community, or Select or Master level Michigan Main Street community. Projects must finish within 12 months of grant agreement execution.

  2. The community scores local applications and may submit up to two businesses per round via the MEDC portal.
  3. After project completion, the applicant organisation requests reimbursement.
