Who can apply

Requirements differ by component; Tech@SG requires a minimum funding raised from recognised investors, EntrePass requires the applicant to be a foreign entrepreneur meeting innovation/funding criteria.

How to apply

  1. Identify the relevant component: EntrePass, Tech@SG or T-Up.
  2. For EntrePass, apply through the Ministry of Manpower with the venture's funding/IP/incubation evidence.
  3. For Tech@SG, apply through the Tech@SG portal evidencing funding raised from recognised investors.
  4. For T-Up, agree a secondment scope with A*STAR and apply for the salary subsidy.
