Who can apply

Exclusively for micro, small and medium enterprises conducting business in Poland ('mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorców prowadzących działalność w Polsce'). The R&D module is obligatory. Some modules are granted as de minimis under the FENG rules, but the PARP landing page does not say so, so de_minimis is not asserted here.

How to apply

  1. Design a project with the obligatory R&D module, optionally adding internationalisation, IP protection and staff competence modules. — link
  2. Ensure the innovation is at least at national level.
  3. Submit the application electronically through the LSI system within the call window. — link
  4. If qualified for stage II of the assessment, supply the financial model and financing confirmation documents within 10 days.
