Individual or team of individuals with a new business idea with product innovation at least at national level, ready to found a capital company in Eastern Poland (Lubelskie, Podkarpackie, Podlaskie, Świętokrzyskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Mazowieckie excluding the Warsaw region).
