Who can apply

New Zealand businesses with fewer than 50 full-time equivalent employees, a New Zealand Business Number, operating for at least 12 months and GST registered, with a commitment to improving management capability.

How to apply

  1. Contact the Regional Business Partner for your region.
  2. Meet a growth adviser who assesses capability needs and completes an action plan.
  3. Adviser issues a Capability Development Voucher for approved training with a registered provider.
  4. Book and complete the training, paying at least 50% of the cost.
  5. Provider or business claims the voucher value.
