Spiralation has run as periodic cohorts since 2013. ICTA's mandate has been reorganised under the Ministry of Digital Economy, which announced in 2026 that it would establish a government-seeded startup fund of funds. Watch icta.lk and mode.gov.lk for the next window.

- Attend the applicant briefing session announced by ICTA when a cohort opens.
- Submit the online application form before the published deadline.
- Evaluation and pitching before the selection panel.
- Grant and support disbursed to selected startups.
