都内で創業を予定している個人、または創業から5年未満の中小企業者。事業所が都内にあること、指定の創業支援事業の利用要件を満たすことが必要。
How to apply
- 東京都が指定する創業支援事業（TOKYO創業ステーションの事業計画書策定支援、東京都創業NET等）のいずれかの要件を満たす。
- 募集期間内に電子申請システムから申請書と事業計画書を提出する。
- 書類審査。
- 面接審査。
- 交付決定後に事業を実施し、実績報告を経て精算払い。
