日本国内に登記された中小企業・スタートアップで、NEDO認定VC等からの出資を受けることが要件。設立後おおむね10年以内。
How to apply
- NEDO認定ベンチャーキャピタル（VC）等と面談し、出資の内諾を得る。
- 認定VCからNEDOへの推薦を受ける。
- NEDOの公募期間中に研究開発計画・事業化計画を提出する。
- 書面審査・面接審査（技術の新規性、事業化可能性、経営体制）。
- 採択後、助成契約を締結し、四半期ごとの実績報告に基づき精算払い。
