Capo A (firms over 5 years old) and Capo B (new firms): up to 80% of projects of up to EUR 2.5m (about EUR 2m), as 30% grant plus 50% 10-year zero-rate loan. Capo C (social enterprises, third-sector bodies, associations and foundations): up to 80% of projects up to EUR 500,000, as 40% grant plus 40% zero-rate loan. Up to EUR 10,000 of tutoring services. Total allocation EUR 142,455,690 (about EUR 113m still available at 21 September 2026). Ceiling shown is 80% of EUR 2.5m.

Who can apply

Businesses (including non-profit) in the cultural and creative chains with the project in Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardegna or Sicilia: companies to be set up or under 5 years old (Capo B), companies over 5 years old (Capo A), and social enterprises or third-sector bodies at least 2 years old (Capo C).
