Fund of Funds for Startups (FFS), operated by SIDBI

No deadline — apply whenever you are ready.
FFS does not invest in startups directly. SIDBI commits capital to SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), which in turn invest in startups; the AIFs are required to invest at least twice the FFS commitment into startups. Startups therefore access FFS money only by raising from a participating AIF, on that fund's commercial terms. I was unable to load the official SIDBI FFS page at the time of verification (robots/timeout), so the corpus figure, the per-AIF commitment cap and the current AIF application window are recorded as null rather than guessed.

Deadline: rolling — AIF managers approach SIDBI Venture Capital for commitments; there is no application route for individual startups.
This funder does not publish a success rate. We rank it using the rate observed across similar programmes and label it as an estimate rather than implying we know.
Quick — mostly identity and bank details.
Who can apply
- Stage: seed, series_a, growth
- Locally registered entity required
Indirect instrument. The startup-facing eligibility condition is that the investee must qualify as a startup under the DPIIT definition for the AIF's FFS-attributable investment to count, so DPIIT recognition is effectively required for the FFS-linked portion. Terms are set by the AIF, not by SIDBI or DPIIT.
