Domestic companies (more than 50% owned by resident Indian citizens), DPIIT-recognised startups and MSMEs working on semiconductor design for ICs, chipsets, SoCs, systems and IP cores. Online application with a registration fee of INR 10,000 and a Detailed Project Report.

- Pay the INR 10,000 registration fee and submit the online application with applicant details and a Detailed Project Report on the DLI portal. — link
- C-DAC examines the application and issues an approval letter with milestones.
- Reimbursement is paid against milestones.
