Who can apply

Startup must be within 10 years of incorporation, have turnover not exceeding INR 200 crore in any financial year, be based anywhere in Karnataka, have a minimum team size of two, and must not have been an ELEVATE grant beneficiary in the last 3 years. DPIIT recognition is not a stated prerequisite for ELEVATE, but Startup Karnataka registration is required.
