No fixed figure is published. The Foundation states the grant is 'The equivalent of a year's salary, a contribution towards expenses plus access to a travel allowance', with the total 'based on the Fellow's qualifications, experience and comparable cost of time for their skill level'. Fellows can additionally access project funding matched by the Foundation 'by at least ten fold' against the Fellow's own personal investment. Amount recorded as null deliberately.

Fellowships are awarded to individuals, not companies. Applicants must have an innovative idea for social change in knowledge, learning and technology, be fluent in English and have attained the age of majority. Not limited to any geography; not an academic/research fellowship. Fellows must commit 100% of their time and attend bi-annual gatherings.
