Regional awards: annual revenue between US$50,000 and US$5m in the last closed fiscal year, 5-250 people, maximum US$2m equity raised. Must be for-profit and independently registered, so no sole proprietorships, subsidiaries, franchises or corporate spin-offs. Science & Technology Pioneer Award: TRL4 minimum, at most five years commercialising, must not have closed a Series A; university and research spin-offs allowed.
