Small enterprises: under 50 employees and €10m turnover/balance sheet. Medium: 50-249 employees, €50m turnover or €43m balance sheet. Also open to potential entrepreneurs. Ineligible uses include business planning, market research, website/app development, marketing, training courses and engaging private sector providers. Businesses owned by Invest NI staff are excluded.
