Maximum subvention €500,000; maximum repayable advance / loan €3,000,000. Intervention rates from 25% to 70% depending on company size and project type. Covers feasibility, development and experimentation phases.
You must co-fund 30%.

Who can apply
- Sectors: deeptech, health, climate, ai, agri, any
- Stage: pre_seed, seed, series_a, growth
- R&D activity required
- Locally registered entity required
Open to TPE/PME and ETI regardless of legal form, including associations with an economic activity. Priority sectors include health, aerospace, sustainable urbanism, green energy, smart mobility, agri-food, luxury/cosmetics, deeptech, AI, quantum and social innovation.
How to apply
- Check the project matches a regional priority sector and is not an excluded activity (marketing, standard HR software, non-edtech training). — link
- Submit the request on mesdemarches.iledefrance.fr BEFORE the project starts — "toute dépense antérieure ne peut être prise en compte". — link
- Instruction by Bpifrance on behalf of the Région; decision and contracting.
